All Welcome to a New ‘Meditation Drop-in’ at The Manor Gym

Every Thursday 5.15-6.15pm. Starting January 2023 til end of March and continuing according to demand. (NB. There is a low-cost yoga class starting at 6.30pm)
Whether you’ve been meditating for years or just fancy trying it, this is for you. They will gather for a brief chat followed by a gently-guided meditation. Bring a cushion and even a blanket if you like so you can be super comfortable. The room is nice and warm.
Meditation is a perfect way to de-stress after a hard day – or a tough year! – as well as for starting the day off calmly. It has tons of benefits for health, happiness and healing. Many people find it easier to start in a group because it removes all the stress of making time for it or ‘getting it right’ … so we can really & truly relax!
The session cost is £1 low income or £5. FIRST SESSION is FREE.
