You can still use online services to see your health record and other details
It is easy and quick to manage appointments, request repeat prescriptions and see your health record online.
If you are not yet registered for online services, please contact reception. We will ask you for your email address and give you all the information you need to log in. We may ask for proof of identification (e.g. passport, driving license) and proof of address (e.g. utility bill) to register you with the service.
Repeat prescriptions take 48 hours to process, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Repeat prescription requests cannot be taken on the telephone unless you are a housebound patient.
Download the NHS App, or open the NHS website in a web browser, to set up and log in to your NHS account. Owned and run by the NHS, your NHS account is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services online, including appointments, prescriptions and health record.
