This means that in November, we saw or spoke to more patients than we did in October and offered 10% more face to face appointments. We also had three hours less wasted appointment time than last month and we hope this is the beginning of a trend!
In addition to all the work our clinicians did, the rest of the team were busy:
- Receptionists answered an average of 1700 calls per week and missed an average of one call per day.
- Administrators processed 2493 incoming letters.
- Secretaries sent 2067 outgoing letters.
- Pharmacy team processed 2316 prescription requests.
